1. Overview

At AM2EX Solution, customer satisfaction is a priority. Due to the technical and customized nature of our products and services, our return and refund policy is designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and operational integrity.

2. Return Policy

a. Products

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective on delivery
  • The product does not match the specifications mentioned in the approved quotation or invoice
  • A written return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery

To initiate a return:

  • Provide a valid invoice/receipt
  • Submit photographic evidence of the issue (if applicable)
  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging

Note: Customized or imported items such as drones, surveillance hardware, and defense equipment are non-returnable unless faulty.

b. Services

Due to the nature of consulting, installation, and integration services, services already rendered are non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with a service outcome, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve the issue.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Approved product return (as per above terms)
  • Cancellation of order before dispatch or execution
  • Service cancellation before resource allocation or planning initiation

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product was used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • The request is made beyond the 7-day return period
  • The issue is due to external causes (power surges, tampering, improper use, etc.)

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch or before service commencement by emailing us at mazhar@am2ex.com. Cancellations requested after product dispatch or partial service execution may incur a deduction in refund amount based on actual expenses incurred.
